Happy? Thanksgiving!!
Someone didn't like the leaves very much today. Or maybe he was just tired and cold.
We did manage to get a few cute ones!!
We are headed to Virginia this week. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Celebrating 6 months!
To celebrate being 6 months old today, Aiden decided to grow a tooth.

We've got Movement!
Yes, people, Aiden is on the move. He is rolling both ways and now has started rolling to try to reach things. He also STARTED TRYING TO ARMY CRAWL tonight. He thrusts his body inches and inches until he gets to where or what he wants. He is not even 6 months old yet.
Well, by 6 1/2 months, his brother had a full fledged army crawl going, so there is no hope!! My peaceful, quiet baby is disappearing!!

The Cutest Sentences!!!
Abi brought home this work from school last week. I thought it was so cute. She said she did it all by herself (but Mrs. Kitchen told her that a bowling ball had 3 holes). They are working on sounding out words, writing them out by themselves and then forming sentences. She did pretty good. Plus her art is great.
To translate:
I can bowl.
I can color.
I can read.

Bumbo, Schumbo!!!
This is a bumbo. Abi and Avery never used a bumbo. I thought I could do without a bumbo, but Aiden really likes sitting in it. He thinks he is a big boy.
We have started sitting him up by himself. He holds himself up pretty good, tri-podding, as I call it. Can you believe he is old enough to sit?

Community Helper Day
Avery had to dress up last Wednesday for school as a community helper. He chose to be a construction worker, or Bob the Builder, as he calls it.

Super Halloween
We had a really fun night with the kids. They were so excited that Aaron and I dressed up. Aaron was slightly reluctant to dress up, but got more into the spirit once he saw a lot of other adults dressed up as well. We got lots of comments and laughs about our super hero theme. We first went to the fall festival at Thompson Station where the kids played games and got tons of candy. We saw lots of friends too. We then went to a party afterwards and sat outside by a nice fire and the kids played til late.
Not great pictures but what good fun.
