Happy Mother's Day!

A tribute to our mothers:
My mom, Mary Lou, who showed me how to be a great mother by example. Judy, my mother in law, who I wish lived a little closer to share in more of our everyday lives. She taught and helped shape my husband into the man and father he is today. Thank you!
We love you dearly and appreciate all you do. You are a wonderful Nana and Granma!

(don't kill me Judy, for the pictures. Aaron gave me your permission)

and to Aaron's grandmother, Nanny: Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Anniversary Aaron!

ELEVEN YEARS

Top Eleven Reasons I love you:

1. You are cleaning the dishes and kitchen watching the race, while I am on the computer blogging.
2. You are an awesome father to our three: coaching, teaching, loving, playing...
3. You planted a garden for me this year.
4. You love to learn. God gave you this passion and you are pursuing it.
5. You have provided for our family greatly. You love what you do.
6. You have supported my business from the beginning and you secretly like helping pick colors and fonts.
7. You do half or maybe even more of the cleaning!
8. You love to play your guitar and croon away.
9. You love me unconditionally, despite our differences.
10. You make an awesome Batman!
11. You excel at everything you do: playing the guitar, photography, golf, sports...

Happy Anniversary, Aaron.

I treasure you!

Abi Lou, We LOVE you!

Some exciting news, Abi prayed to receive Christ on Thursday night. She has been asking many questions over the last few months and we finally felt she was ready and understood.

She is excited to take communion on Sunday for the first time. Of course, her question tonight at bedtime, Does the bread taste good? This was after my reminder of what communion is, a statement of faith, reminding us of Jesus dying on the cross and sacrificing his body and blood for our sins. What a sweetheart!
She says she will be baptized in a few months, when she is ready. She wanted a few days to "think about it".

Just wanted to share the good news!
